The book is in two sections – the first section of the book focuses on the sources of gelatin, how gelatin can be used, and gelatin’s myriad of benefits. The second half of the book has recipes!
My personal favorite chapters of the book focus on using gelatin for skin health and for dental health. I am really enjoying Sylvie’s recipe for “Squeezable Remineralizing Toothpaste.” My teeth feel wonderfully clean and my mouth is super minty!
Now the best part – recipes! I LOVED the recipes for ketchup, kombucha jello, and strawberry cream gummies! Alas, I wish my pictures would have done the cute strawberry gummies justice. At least they were super tasty! I cannot wait to try some of the smoothie recipes and the recipe for custard!
Another great feature of this eBook was being able to easily connect to recommended products and ingredients for recipes. This was especially helpful with the toothpaste recipe. Sylvie even linked to the best squeeze bottle to put the toothpaste in!
All-in-all, I really enjoyed this book and its plethora of useful information!
