This is a huge bottle it usually lasts me 6-9 months. To use, shake 5-7 shakes into your hand for about a quarter size amount of product. Then rub hands together and press into face like aftershave. We were introduced to this incredibly healthy mouth wash by our dentist. It’s professional strength! The bottle is HUGE (hence the price tag) but lasts a LONG time. The kids even use and like this mouthwash. A different brand sent us one of theirs to try and they gave it back to me and said their mouth didn’t feel as clean.
