Weightloss Update

Update: We just realized that with today’s loss we hit 200LBS LOST! In under 15 months.

So, it’s been a few months since I updated on our weightloss.  Today was the last day of our Eat For You challenge, and I did my final weigh-in and stats, as well as took photos.  So I thought I’d share with you all, what progress I’ve made since May 19th, 2011.

Before at 224lbs, After at 202lbs

While in my weightloss competition, for 10 weeks, I lost 20lbs. After having already lost 110, to keep pace at 2lbs per week is great for me. I saw a big increase in loss when I intermiten fasted, slept, and removed seed oils (I wasn’t as tight on that as I should have been), caffeine and all sugars (yes, I miss fruit – but I don’t miss that 20lbs I lost).  As of today, I have lost 134lbs by simply eating real food – as much as I want, mind you – in less than 15months.

So, there you have it. Oh, and um… 18 INCHES lost too.

  • Neck: 15″, 14.5″
  • Chest: 41″, 39″
  • Bust: 45.5″, 43.5″
  • Waist: 39″, 37.75″
  • Navel: 45″, 41″
  • Hips: 49″, 45.25″
  • Bicep: 15″, 14″
  • Wrist: 6.75″, 6.5″
  • L Thigh: 24″, 22.5″
  • L Knee: 15.5″, 15″
  • L Calf: 16″, 15″
  • L Ankle: 9.75″, 9.5″

What I like about these measurements is how many inches are coming off of my mid-section, but how much my muscles aren’t wasting away and shrinking.

If I could be the Jared of Paleo, I totally would.
