Month of Meals: Our Family Meal Plan January 2018

We’re back to meal planning and honestly forgot how much we like it- we eat a lot more variety, it helps us get out of a dinner rut, and we don’t waste food! So many wins!

There is a whole collection of meal plans here on the blog if you find it helpful and need even more inspiration, you can find them here!

You’ll notice that we take a lot of different approaches to meal planning- some weeks we break out our favorite cookbooks and make a variety of meals from many different ones, sometimes one cookbook is all we need, and some weeks we let the boys find inspiration from my Pinterest board (ahem, Week 3!).
