We’re Posting Videos on the Healthy Inside and Out Channel!
We’ve got a backlog of videos that we’ve hodge-podged all over the place, and we’re going to focus on getting them all onto our YouTube channel, The Healthy Inside and Out Channel, for easy reference. Also, because my children informed me “blogging is over, YouTube is where it’s at, Mom.” Right, well – when your kinds no longer think you’re cool you re-evaluate your life choices. The result? Today, we’re talking Instant Pots and Hard-Boiled Eggs!
A few months back we did a Facebook Live video where we made hard-boiled eggs in our instant pot right in front of our audience and did a tutorial and Q&A on the Instant Pot itself. Now we’re posting it on our channel. This was inspired by the book Paleo Cooking With Your Instant Pot. But this is still very useful and we answered a lot of general IP questions, for example – how to release (or not) the valve! Since many of you might have purchased an Instant Pot when it was on sale recently, this is a tutorial on how you use the instant pot.
