Hi Friends- here’s a look at our week!
Cole’s new favorite way to have his morning coffee: in the Espresso Whole Me Bars (we use caffeine to manage his ADHD, more on that here). We all LOVE the shape and texture of the new bars. And they’re the perfect snack to get us through a lazy morning without having to make a meal!

When we first started Paleo, loosing pre-made (read: easy) mayo was hard because it has always been our condiment of choice, and the homemade route isn’t the most convenient! So thankful for all these real-food options now because we love mayo on ALL THE THINGS! A crazy week at work for me meant that it was quick and easy eats! Finn made this Vanilla Granola from Without Grain (entirely by himself!!), which I got to enjoy with blueberries on some grass-fed plain organic yogurt. By the way, have I mentioned how happy it makes me to see this Paleo lifestyle spark the boys’ interest in cooking and learning about food and healthy ingredients? Proud Mama here!
And for that truly insane day when food was delivered to the office because we worked waaay passed dinner time, I loved the delivery of JJ’s Unwiches for a team lunch; I ordered turkey, cukes, Dijon, sprouts and bacon all wrapped up in lettuce. A great mainstream, real-food option in a pinch!

Our Favorite Foods with Tons of Flavor!
Lemon Berry Chia Clusters from WholeMe are a favorite desk drawer snack for me. They are just sweet enough and full of fresh lemon flavor and dried berries.
Red Boat Fish Sauce is something we ALWAYS have on hand. It goes into lots of Asian dishes and even sometimes on plain veggies to add extra flavor.
Sea Veg Sea Salt is another favorite from the sea! It is sea salt with different kelp flakes added for flavor AND nutrients. I love it on hard boiled eggs and even sprinkle it on my lunch salads.
Brown Butter Ghee (we get it at One Stop Paleo Shop) has so. much. flavor. Browning the butter makes it extra delicious, just like sugar turned into caramel. We’ve been loving it especially in baked goods and veggies! Especially since this brand certifies the ghee is both casein and lactose free!
Nikki’s Pumpkin Spice Donut Coconut Butter…I mean, come on. Have your pumpkin spice fix in the healthiest way possible!
Date Lady Caramel Sauce (available at One Stop Paleo Shop) is a new one that we CAN’T WAIT to try! Especially during the height of apple season! This has to be some kind of magic, a caramel syrup made almost entirely of dates. Sounds just perfect for fall baking!
