I don’t have an itunes account, so I can’t leave a review there (It’s a family thing, we don’t do Apple however we do eat apples). I LOVE the podcast and have learned so very much. Both you and Sarah are so inspirational and encouraging. (Almost-Tears in my eyes as I write this — almost tears because of Sjögren syndrome) I have or have had 7 autoimmune diseases (I think hysterectomy took care of the endometriosis and adenomyosis — but I don’t know if I ‘still have’ them as diseases).
One of my autoimmune symptoms, for the past 9 years is vertigo. It’s partly the vestibular vertigo for which normally the various head positional exercises help and part of it is vertigo, evidently Central Nervous System due to lupus SLE affecting the CNS (also other neuropathies).
For me I need to vary the head positional to make that part come under control, but for me, the CNS part doesn’t really get better. In the 1.5 years that I’ve been AIP (and also my VERY FIRST jump into paleo) it has gotten more mild; I’m able to maneuver through most of life without much problem (but I do sometimes still feel the earth moving when going through doors and elevators, escalators and moving sidewalks still bother me) So, Please, If Others out here do have input on helping Stacy and others with vertigo, please share!!!
Again, please continue to podcast. You are needed and loved. Sending a no-touch hug to Stacy and as close to a real, albeit virtual hug to Sarah. ♥ ♥
