We love that we get to share this with you!
If you know The Paleo Mom, then you know she is full of KNOWLEDGE-BOMBS and is an incredible resource when it comes to which foods promote health, and which don’t. Even within the Paleo diet, some foods are better than others!

Signing up for these two resources also gets you on the list to be notified when the Paleo Family Toolkit goes live on May 4. We know you are going to LOVE this toolkit.
PS: super adorable video of Paleo kids (including ours!!) sharing what their favorite foods are. And yes, one of the kids claims liver as their favorite! SEE THE VIDEO —> HERE!
Our Real Life
Having food blogger friends stay the weekend with us is the best! We love an opportunity to show someone our favorite local eats and cook them our favorite Paleo meals. Julia Child wasn’t wrong when she said: “People who love to eat are always the best people.”
Matt and I also spent some quality time together at a wedding last weekend… relaxing in nature, drinking hard cider and enjoying each other’s company (sans kiddos!) was just what we needed! We are thoroughly enjoying watching the boys turn into little men (too fast!), but there’s nothing like a day away to recharge!
In our house, after breakfast used to be screen time for the boys. It’s not easy, but so worth it to see them all fighting bad guys together! Limiting screen time has been one of the best things we’ve done, both for their health and well-being, and sibling bonding time. We originally made this move to improve Cole’s ADHD (<— more on that here!).
With all the running around we did, there was a lot of eating in the car this weekend. We’ve been loving the Primal Kitchen Dark Chocolate Almond Bar. We also packed an old stanby, Epic Bacon and Pork (Maple & Blueberry) Bites, plus a new favorite of ours, Snickerdoodle Power Balls (AIP-friendly!). Packing a bunch of Paleo snacks ensures we don’t get hangry while running weekend errands or when the wedding menu is vegan 😮

New Paleo Foods Alert!
We order from One Stop Paleo Shop almost monthly. They have all of our favorite Paleo products at great prices, and when we’re stocking up and order over $99, shipping is free!
This isn’t a mix! These are actual, already-made Almond Flour Crackers- and they are awesome!! One Stop Paleo Shop carries all three flavors: Sea Salt, Rosemary, and Sundried Tomato and Basil.
These would be perfect for scooping up nutrient-dense liver mousse, dairy-free cream cheese, and seafood salads (recipes below!!), as a salty crunchy treat for packing in lunches, and great road-tripping eats.
We love that these sauces are: 1. full of only super clean ingredients, and 2. available just in time for summer grilling season! Even if you’re not following the Autoimmune protocol, you will appreciate the bold flavors and health-promoting ingredients in these sauces!
